Sat 15th October 2011 - “Steam in the Gardens”
The ‘Argyle Loco Works’ portable garden railway will be demonstrating 32mm and 45mm gauge live steamers at the at the National Rhododendron Gardens at Olinda in the Dandenong Ranges east of Melbourne. Free entry.

4, 5 & 6th November 2011 - The Great Southern Steamup
In a departure from previous years when it was held in October, the next Great Southern Steamup will likely be held over the first weekend in November 2011. Registration details will be available a month or two before the Steamup”.

Melbourne Steam Festival - Saturday & Sunday 12 & 13 March 2011

9th & 10th October 2010 - Steam in the Gardens

There is something quite evocative about a steam railway and beautiful gardens are conducive to our happiness. ‘Steam in the Gardens’ was an introduction to the fascinating world of miniature steam railways meandering through beautiful gardens. Saturday & Sunday 9th & 10th October saw the Argyle Loco Works portable railway set up in the National Rhododendron Gardens at Olinda in the Dandenong Ranges east of Melbourne.
